Corn cakes
Overview
Bought a box of corn on the cob online and it turned out not to be the old corn I wanted. The only way to do that is to eliminate it in a different way.

Wash three corn cobs.

Score out the corn kernels with a knife, or as shown.

Put into meat grinder.

Fully broken.

Then filter out the corn juice.

Choose younger leaves.

Filtered corn juice.

Add Sanxiang glutinous rice flour. (If you like it sweet, you can add sugar)

Mix them well with chopsticks.

Drain the leaves.

Scoop a spoonful of polenta paste and wrap it on the leaves.

As shown in the picture, wrap them up and put them in the steamer.

Steam over high heat.

Plate.

Sweet.

Soft and chewy and delicious.
