  9. Pour the beaten fruit puree back into the pot, continue to cook until the fruit puree becomes thick, and turn off the heat;

  10. Put the thick puree into a baking mold (smear a little olive oil on the inner wall of the mold to prevent sticking), and spread it flat with a scraper until it is about 3mm thick. Then, place it in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius and bake the upper and lower layers for 40 minutes. After taking it out, let it air dry at room temperature for more than 12 hours.
