Chocolate Cake Balls
Overview
The orange-flavored pound cake in the core is very soft, and the outer layer is made of bittersweet crispy chocolate with 70% cocoa content, as well as crunchy colored sugar granules. It has several textures, simple and delicious~~ I can't stop. . There was a small piece left of the pound cake I made two days ago, and I wanted to eat it in a different way, so. . . You can also add a little cheese to the pound cake. But I felt the pound cake was moist enough to form into balls, so I just made it.

Steps
-
Slice the pound cake made two days ago and remove the four sides
-
Tear into pieces
-
Form into balls of similar size. If it doesn't form a dough, add a little cheese. If you add semi-cooked cream cheese, you need to bake it in the oven at a low temperature for a while
-
Melt chocolate over low heat over water. Not much chocolate is actually used. But if it’s too little, it’s not easy to dip the balls evenly
-
Roll the small ball in the chocolate and hold it up with a fork. The excess chocolate liquid will leak out from the middle of the fork tines
-
Place on oil paper. Oil paper is easier to work with than drying net. Because the inner core is soft, excess chocolate will stick to the drying net. If you use a drying net, the outer chocolate layer will be broken
-
Sprinkle with decorative sugar granules, either round or needle-shaped. Or roasted chopped nuts, QQ sugar cut into small pieces, etc. will work.
-
Let cool until solidified, then remove from the oil paper.
