Homemade Applesauce
Overview
This apple was a box sent by a relative during the Chinese New Year. I haven't finished it yet. Many of them have gone bad. I can't keep the good ones in the refrigerator. But every time I buy vegetables, there is no room to put them. No one eats them, so I just make applesauce. Anyway, my daughter loves toast, so she always buys jam. This time I made applesauce, which not only eliminated the apples, but also eliminated the need to buy jam. Apple is sweet, sour, and cool in nature, and returns to the spleen and lung meridian; it has the effects of promoting body fluids, moistening the lungs, relieving irritability and relieving heat, appetizing, sobering up, and stopping diarrhea; it is mainly used to treat insufficient qi, indigestion, qi blockage, mild diarrhea, constipation, irritability and thirst, excessive drinking, high blood pressure, etc.
