Peanut sesame candy
Overview
I made peanut candy several times during the Spring Festival. I made some when I went back to my parents’ home during the Chinese New Year. I also made some for my child to take to school when school started. It tastes good and is easy to make. Chang Kuang Cuisine World Kitchen has learned a lot, and I just want to give it a try.

Prepare the main ingredients, fry the peanuts in a pan until cooked (you can use various methods to fry them), rub off the red skin of the peanuts, fry the sesame seeds, and weigh them.

Boil the pot dry, add sugar and boil

Boil the sugar over low heat until the syrup becomes thick
