Use a discarded toothbrush dipped in salt to clean the small abalone, especially the black areas.

Use a knife to dig out the abalone along the edge of the shell, remove the abalone teeth and food bag, and brush it carefully with a toothbrush.

Brush the abalone shells clean, cut the abalone into criss-cross cuts so that it can absorb the flavor during steaming, and put it on a plate.

Chop the garlic, fry two-thirds of it in an appropriate amount of oil over low heat until golden brown, mix well with the remaining one-third of the raw garlic, add a little cooking wine, olive oil (salad oil is also acceptable), light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce and minced garlic and mix well to taste
