Plate mousse
Overview
The origin of the mousse on the plate comes from the remaining ingredients I made for a 7-inch cocoa mousse cake. It can be said to be an impromptu idea. The method is very simple, but the plate is similar. When eating, the biscuits on the surface should be mixed evenly with the cocoa mousse. The biscuits absorb the moisture of the mousse. , the texture will be consistent, otherwise the biscuit crumbs on the surface will be too dry, and it will easily choke the throat if given to children. Another thing to note is that the plants used to decorate the pots should be non-toxic, such as mint leaves, or the lemon leaves I used, etc...
