Peach Jam
Overview
The peaches I bought some time ago don't have much moisture anymore, so I might as well make them into jam. The resulting jam can be sandwiched with bread or used as a dessert.

Clean the peaches

Peel the peaches

Cut the peaches into small dices

Add appropriate amount of white sugar to the diced peach

Stir evenly with a spoon and let it sit for more than an hour

Add the juice of one lemon to the pickled diced peaches

Pour the marinated diced peaches into the pot and simmer

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer slowly

Use a spoon to stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pan, until the jam becomes sticky
