Peach Jam

Overview

The peaches I bought some time ago don't have much moisture anymore, so I might as well make them into jam. The resulting jam can be sandwiched with bread or used as a dessert.

Steps

1. 1 Clean the peaches

   

2. 2 Peel the peaches

   

3. 3 Cut the peaches into small dices

   

4. 4 Add appropriate amount of white sugar to the diced peach

   

5. 5 Stir evenly with a spoon and let it sit for more than an hour

   

6. 6 Add the juice of one lemon to the pickled diced peaches

   

7. 7 Pour the marinated diced peaches into the pot and simmer

   

8. 8 Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer slowly

   

9. 9 Use a spoon to stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pan, until the jam becomes sticky
