Black Forest Cake
Overview
This black forest cake was made purely to deal with the remaining whipping cream. However, due to less cream and more chocolate, it tastes very good and has received unanimous praise from everyone!

Prepare a chocolate chiffon in advance

Unmold and set aside, add light cream and sugar and beat

Since there wasn’t much whipping cream left and I didn’t dare to smooth it out, I squeezed it out so that it would look taller and hold the chocolate chips

Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top

There isn’t much whipping cream so I didn’t add it in the middle
