Prepare mung bean soup.

Prepare sugar.

Add a tablespoon of starch and mix with the hot mung bean soup, stirring constantly until the sugar-soluble soup becomes slightly thicker.

Add the mung beans and rice into the popsicle molds separately.

Pour the soup into the mold.

Put the stick in, cool it and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator. It will be ready to eat after four or five hours.
