Cherry radish soaked in fruit vinegar
Overview
When I went to the market, I saw these red and tender cherry radishes that were very fresh. I bought some and ate them as fruits. The rest were slightly processed and soaked in fruit vinegar. I refrigerated them for two hours. They were sour, sweet and refreshing, and very appetizing.
