  1. Peel the mango and cut into small cubes;

  2. Put some more water in the pot, bring it to a boil, add sago, and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes;

  3. Cook until there is only a little white core left in the sago, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while;

  4. When the sago becomes completely transparent, scoop it out and pour it into cold water;
