Fragrant pear and white fungus soup
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, I accidentally bought a lot of Korla fragrant pears. The small pears are crisp and sweet, and you can eat several at a time. After thinking about how to eat more, I suddenly thought of trying to make white fungus soup with fragrant pears. In order to compete with my dad for the kitchen, I used a pressure cooker to make it this time.
