Pumpkin and Peanut Soup
Overview
Peanuts have high nutritional value and are rich in fat and protein. Soak the peanuts in water overnight.

Pour the soaked peanuts into a stone mortar and mash them.

Peel and seed the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces.
