Super simple colorful snowskin mooncakes
Overview
If you haven’t used snowskin mooncake pre-mixed powder, you might as well buy a pack and give it a try. It’s really super simple. Just use equal amounts of water and noodles. No need to add anything. Just blanch the noodles at a water temperature above 85 degrees. You can choose the fillings as you like, sweet or salty, and the colors as you like. You can choose red, orange, yellow, green, blue, or purple. You can also make beautiful snowskin mooncakes.

Steps
-
Prepare all materials
-
Pour out the boiled water immediately and weigh it. It should be basically above 85 degrees
-
Pour water into the premixed flour and mix into dough
-
After cooling, knead well
-
Divide the dough into 5 parts, 3 parts are white, one part is kneaded with purple potato puree to make it purple, and one part is kneaded with matcha powder to make it green
-
Divide the dough of each color into 30g small dough, totaling 7 small doughs. The colors can be matched with each other
-
The bean paste filling is also 30g each. Take a piece of dough and flatten it, wrap it with the bean paste filling, gently push the dough with the thumb of your hand until it closes, so that the dough evenly wraps the filling, and the closing edge is rounded
-
Take a heart-shaped mooncake mold, white mooncakes with purple or green heart-shaped patterns, first fill the heart-shaped part of the mold with a small piece of purple or green dough, then stuff the wrapped dough into the mold, and press it tightly
-
Use a mold for extrusion. If it is difficult to demould, you can apply a thin layer of cooked oil and change the mold pattern as you like

OK! Isn’t it very simple? Let’s do it together!
