Blueberry jam
Overview
Children love to eat bread with jam. Someone came from my hometown and brought a lot of blueberries. I froze some and made some jam. Blueberries cooked directly with honey flavoring can be drunk with water or spread on bread. They are absolutely delicious

Wash the blueberries and prepare the honey.

There were no lemons at home and I was too lazy to go out to buy them, so I used three tablespoons of honey-soaked lemon juice.

Put the blueberries into the cooking pot and pour in three tablespoons of lemon honey juice.

Crush all the blueberries with a spoon.

Put it on the induction cooker and turn on low heat. Simmer slowly.

Pour in 50g honey.

Cook for about half an hour, turn off the heat when the blueberries become sticky.

After scalding the sealed bottle with boiling water, empty it and let it dry. The blueberries are received in bottles and kept refrigerated.
