I like to eat rice noodle not only in summer, but also at other times. I especially like to eat rice noodle with sesame sauce. It is soft, glutinous and refreshing, but very fragrant. If you like it thin, use less, and if you like thicker, use more. I like a slightly thicker rice crust, just a little more. Use a larger pot, the wok I used, which is waterproof inside, and bring to a boil. Place the plate directly on the water, cover it, and steam for about 3-4 minutes. It's done when big bubbles form
