Use a drying machine to make dried persimmons. It is best to use crisp persimmons, which have no astringent taste.

Wash the crispy persimmons.

Peel and cut into three slices.

Place in a fruit dryer and air dry for about 10 hours. (The time depends on the thickness of the persimmons and the desired dryness. My dried fruit machine does not have temperature adjustment.)

Once dried, keep cool and sealed.
