Stewed vegetables with garlic and bean curd
Overview
Tofu pudding is usually eaten with condiments such as tempeh and spicy oil. However, I think it has a beany smell and I always like to cook it to remove the beany smell before eating it. In the past, it was cooked with green garlic sprouts, but today it is still delicious when cooked with green vegetables. This dish of snow-white tofu pudding and green vegetables looks very eye-catching.
