Wash the chive flowers, drain the water, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Cut bacon into cubes and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pan, heat it over high heat, add bacon, and fry over medium heat until both sides are lightly browned.

Pour in the chive flowers, add a little water, and stir-fry over high heat.

When stir-fry until cooked through, add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
