Peel lily into petals, wash and set aside.

Remove the tendons from both ends of the snow peas, wash and cut into sections with a diagonal knife. Set aside.

Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut into lily-sized pieces. Peel and slice the garlic and set aside.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil, and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add the lily and stir-fry, then pour in half a bowl of water and simmer for two minutes.

Add red pepper and stir-fry twice.

Add snow peas and stir-fry until cooked.

Add refined salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, thicken with a small amount of water starch and serve.
