Overview

Prepare other ingredients according to the cocktail bun recipe.

Make the bread first. Put the water, corn oil, cocktail premix and yeast into the bread machine bucket and knead until smooth and not sticky.

Then use the yogurt fermentation process to ferment the dough until it is two or three times larger.

Take out the dough, deflate and divide into 4 equal parts. Let rise for 20 minutes.

Make the filling: Knead the filling premix and softened butter. First put a little filling into a piping bag and leave it at room temperature. Chill the rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes for easier handling.

Divide the chilled and hardened filling into 4 portions and knead into an oval shape.

Take a piece of dough, roll it into an oval, and place the filling on the long axis of the oval (the position shown in the picture is wrong).

Wrap the filling, pinch the joints tightly, and place facing down.

Try to make the bread dough into an oval shape. Place in the oven and ferment until 1.5 times in size.

Brush the surface with whole egg wash, sprinkle with white sesame seeds in the middle, and then use the filling from the piping bag to pipe onto the buns, as shown in the picture. Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes until the surface becomes golden brown and fragrant. Take it out of the oven.
