Peel one large potato and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 70% hot. Fry the shredded potatoes for two minutes and take them out

Heat the oil again until it is 70% hot

Add shredded potatoes and continue frying

Fry until golden brown, remove and control oil

Leave a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and minced garlic and saute until fragrant
