Three Color Chicken
Overview
My husband said he wanted to eat lotus root. Usually it is not sweet and sour or stir-fried or stewed in soup. Today I had diced chicken at home, so I took the remaining lotus root and made this dish. It was paired with green and red peppers. The color is also very beautiful ~ and the taste is good!
