How to cook Boiled snails at home

Boil it in cold water for half an hour to avoid bacteria and it will not affect the suction of the snail meat
Chop the garlic and add light soy sauce
You can dip it in some sauce when it's cooked, so you won't be afraid of parasites, or you can cook it and stir-fry it in a pot with soy sauce. I just want to differentiate it from other people's methods.
