watermelon jam
Overview
My daughter likes watermelon jam very much. After eating it several times at her grandma’s house, she still wasn’t satisfied, so she had to make it herself.

-
Cut the watermelon into small pieces, remove the flesh and skin, and cut into strips.
-
Heat the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the watermelon rind and stir-fry for a while.
-
Stir-fry for a while, add 4-5 tablespoons of bean paste, until the watermelon rind can be basically covered with stir-fry, add a little water to cover the watermelon rind, cover the pot, and cook for about 20 minutes.
-
Turn off the heat until the watermelon rind is about the same color as the bean paste.
-
The cooked watermelon sauce goes well with porridge, dry rice, and pancakes.
