Prepare pure milk and Chuanxiu yogurt starter

Stir evenly and cover with a lid. Ferment for 6-8 hours in spring and summer and 10-12 hours in autumn and winter. Do not open the lid halfway. After fermentation, the surface will be as smooth as a bean pattern. Place in the refrigerator to chill for about two hours before serving.
