Homemade yogurt with zero equipment
Overview
No one likes hot weather, even skinny cooks are afraid of it. This is good, at least when it comes to making yogurt, the cook can rely on God. Is this a small invention? I have always used a yogurt machine or an oven (fermentation function) to make yogurt. One day in the summer, I discovered that all these devices can be discarded. With a little culture and milk, God can make yogurt.

The first few steps of "making homemade yogurt with zero equipment" are no different from making yogurt with a yogurt machine. The bottle is scalded with boiling water

Added strains: Bifidobacterium yogurt starter (available in online stores)

First pour a small amount of milk to dilute it until it is completely dissolved

In summer when the weather is above 30 degrees during the day (this is very important), seal and store at room temperature

It only takes about 8 hours. You can do it during the day or at night

You can also use commercially available yogurt as bacterial culture. This is ordinary yogurt

I have also used special yogurt such as roasted yogurt and cooked yogurt

There are also some "high-end" yogurts with a shelf life of half a year, which can also be used as strains

The fermentation time is the same, more than 8 hours

I don’t add sugar to the yogurt I make. You can eat it directly after making it, or drizzle it with some honey
