Grilled Eggplant with Garlic Oysters
Overview
I wanted to bake an eggplant, so I happened to buy oysters. Let’s try them together. Seeing that my husband was eating delicious food, I took a bite. Not bad.

Wash eggplant and oysters

Mince the garlic, add steamed fish soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oil and mix well.

Cut the eggplant in half and make a few cuts on it.

Spread a layer of corn oil on the eggplant (to prevent it from drying out). Spread half of the minced garlic. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Brush with another layer of oil, top with oysters and remaining minced garlic, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch the oven. Oysters are bad if they are overcooked.
