Overview
Ginger juice with milk is a Cantonese dessert. It was my first time to try it, and I didn’t expect it to be a success! When you drink it, you feel warm and comfortable in your stomach. Friends who like it can also try it!

Grate the ginger with a grater

Squeeze out the ginger juice with clean gauze

Boil fresh milk in a pot until it reaches about 70 degrees (I use fresh milk to boil, and boxed milk can be heated appropriately in the microwave)
