Cut the ginger into shreds and place it on top of the fish

Chop the garlic and put it on top of the fish

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, add the fish and steam for 17 minutes

After 17 minutes, open the lid and pour on the steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil

Cover the pot and steam for 3 minutes and it's ready.
