Melt chocolate coins in water

Pour the chocolate into the piping bag and squeeze it into the recessed part of the mold (it doesn’t have to be crowded)

Cover the mold lid and put it in the refrigerator for more than 20 minutes.

At this point you can whip up the whipping cream. Refrigerate the light cream for more than 12 hours, add powdered sugar and beat until 60-70%. It means that the texture has been formed but it is not yet solid.

Pour the refrigerated yogurt directly into the whipped cream, beat with a whisk for a few seconds, and stir evenly.

Take out the frozen chocolate mold and pour the mixed evaporated milk directly into the mold.

Smooth the surface of the mold appropriately with a scraper. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
