Overview

I've been craving for some soup since I woke up today. As a Cantonese, I have a deep obsession with drinking soup. Although I was defeated by laziness and didn’t make any soup, I still managed to cook a pot of cabbage and meatball soup that was great for cooling off the summer heat. A must-have for lazy people, worth owning.

  1. Bok choy and bean sprouts.

  2. Dice the meatballs. (Cut it however you like)

  3. Heat oil in a hot pan, fry the meatballs for a minute or two and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the cabbage until cooked, add appropriate amount of salt.

  5. After the bok choy changes color, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until soft.

  6. Add meatballs and appropriate amount of water. I added five bowls of water.

  7. Medium heat, 8 minutes, ➕ salt.

  8. Once out of the pot, you can drink it deliciously! Oh yeah!
