A handful of rice is about 500 grams. Remove the old stems and wash them. One clove of garlic, minced into puree.

Heat the oil pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the misi and stir-fry over high heat. Add appropriate amount of salt.

When the rice is out of water, serve it on a plate. I think Missy itself has a unique umami flavor, so I don’t add any other ingredients.
