Overview

Raw materials: spareribs, honey barbecue ingredients, honey.

One day in advance, marinate the ribs in proportion (one bag of barbecue ingredients can marinate 2 kilograms of raw materials) in honey barbecue sauce. If honey barbecue sauce is not available, you can use supermarket bottled spare rib sauce with onions, ginger and sugar.

Coat the ribs with honey before grilling.
