Add an appropriate amount of water to a small carrot and put it into a food processor to make juice. This is carrot juice

Put everything except butter into a large bowl, stir until it resembles snowflakes, and let it sit for half an hour

Knead the dough until smooth, add butter and knead it into a glove film

Add cranberries to the kneaded dough and knead

After the fermented dough deflates, divide it into three parts and let it rest for 10 minutes

Let the dough ferment until it is 90% full and cover it with a lid

Preheat the oven, middle and lower racks, 160 degrees, 40 minutes
