Detailed version of mushroom powder
Overview
Shiitake mushroom powder is a health food developed with Shiitake mushrooms as the main raw material and has very high nutritional value. It contains relatively rich amino acids and a large amount of protein. After being ingested into the body, these amino acids can enhance the body's immunity, prevent colds, and strengthen the spleen and digestion. It has a good auxiliary treatment effect on loss of appetite caused by weak spleen and stomach. Mushroom powder is rich in trace elements, vitamin E, and vitamin C, which can whiten the skin and eliminate pigmentation on the face. However, it should be noted that patients with gout are not recommended to consume mushroom powder because it is a high-purine food.
