  1. Wash and drain the celery and cut into small pieces and set aside. Cut the garlic into minced garlic, put four spoons of oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and simmer it over low heat until it becomes garlic oil (the minced garlic will turn red. The cooked garlic oil will have a finishing touch when used for stir-frying, noodles, and omelettes)

  2. Cut the salted pork into thin slices, put it into the pot where the garlic oil has just been boiled (leave the bottom oil), and simmer the lard over low heat until the pork changes color and becomes charred and fragrant

  3. Add the celery segments and stir-fry quickly, cover the pot, turn up the heat and simmer for 20 seconds, lift the lid and add the prepared chicken powder, cover again and simmer until hot smoke comes out, add salt and stir well, turn off the heat

  4. Use a spatula to help drain excess fat (celery hardly absorbs oil, so if you put it on the plate without draining it, it will look greasy, which affects your appetite and is unhealthy). Sprinkle with black pepper after putting it on the plate
