Those homemade condiments [chopped pepper]
Overview
In order to make my own chopped pepper fish head, I bought a larger steamer, 32 inches! When I first bought it, I thought it was so big. I regret it because I don’t eat fish heads with chopped peppers every day. It takes so much water to steam something in such a big steamer! Fortunately, after using it for a long time, I feel that the big one is quite good and can satisfy my large appetite. In order to make my own chopped pepper fish head, I started making chopped pepper again. You said it’s easy to eat a fish head with chopped pepper? But until today, I haven’t eaten fish head with chopped peppers. It’s all because the prepared chopped peppers are used as seasonings for this dish and that dish, and before I have time to chop the peppers, they are gone. So much so that I did it again today. You might as well prepare some at home and add it to stir-fries or other dishes to add color and flavor, and it's easy to make.
