  1. Pumpkin dough.

  2. Divide into 4 portions and roll into long tongue shape as shown.

  3. As shown in the picture, cut it from one end, leaving about 5 centimeters uncut. Start rolling it from the uncut end. Once rolled, turn it over to both sides to make it look like a gold ingot (it’s done directly without taking pictures).

  4. As shown in the picture, the 4 on the right are done (the 4 on the left were made using another method but failed).

  5. Put it into the steamer, let it rise for 15-20 minutes twice, steam it with cold water for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then take it out. 5.
