Candied dates

Overview

The jujubes grown at home and candied jujubes boiled with rock sugar are clean, hygienic and delicious.

Clean the fresh dates.
Put the dates into a non-stick pan and pour in appropriate amount of mineral water.
Add rock sugar and simmer over low heat.
Cook until the soup is thick, then pour honey over it before eating.
