Butter-fried matsutake mushrooms
Overview
Matsutake mushrooms sound very noble, but they are only seen across the mountains. In different situations, it can switch between the court nobles and the mountain villagers. Pan-fried matsutake mushrooms in butter, Western way of eating. I’m not averse to bread and pastries made with butter, but I only taste butter-fried vegetables, even ingredients like matsutake mushrooms. The so-called green vegetables and radishes are nothing more than this. Most of the mushroom ingredients have their own natural fragrance. Just sprinkle a few grains of salt to bring out the incomparable deliciousness.

Wash the matsutake mushrooms

Separate the umbrella cover and umbrella handle
