Trim off the nails of the chicken feet and cut them in half for better flavor.

Add peppercorns, garlic slices, ginger and star anise and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked, then remove and rinse with cold water.

Add wild sansho pepper to soak, seal, put in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy! If the wild pepper soup is not enough, you can add cold boiled water, white vinegar, salt, and chicken essence to soak it.
