Everyone knows that regular consumption of yogurt is good for the body. The benefits of yogurt to the body mainly come from the various probiotic bacteria contained in it. But in fact, commercially available yogurt contains very little beneficial bacteria, and more of it contains sugar, various additives that we are unfamiliar with, and so on. Therefore, if you want to eat yogurt that is truly healthy and beneficial to the human body, it is best to make your own yogurt. The production of yogurt is actually a fermentation process. When we use different yogurt strains for fermentation, there will be slight differences in the production method, beneficial live bacteria, texture and taste of the finished product. Therefore, we only need to choose high-quality milk and fermented strains that suit our taste, and we can easily make yogurt at home. I usually don’t like to add sugar when eating yogurt. Have materials ready. Containers and utensils used for making yogurt must be sterilized with boiling water in advance and dried;

Pour the yogurt culture powder into the container;
