Yogurt and Purple Sweet Potato Mashed

  1. Wash and peel the purple sweet potatoes.

  2. Cut into thin slices.

  3. Steam until cooked, about 20 minutes.

  4. Take it out and crush it into puree with a spoon.

  5. Place in a small bowl and compact.

  6. Put upside down in the plate.

  7. Pour yogurt on top.

  8. Sprinkle on oatmeal and dried cranberries.

  9. It tastes better after being chilled in the refrigerator.
