Canned yellow peach
Overview
I like all delicacies related to yellow peach, such as yellow peach jelly, yellow peach cream layer cake, and of course canned yellow peach. I have always wanted to make canned yellow peaches, but I was reluctant to part with them because they were quite expensive. I went to the supermarket last night and saw that yellow peaches cost 8.8 yuan per pound, so I bought a few without hesitation and started making them right away when I got home. Friends who like to eat canned yellow peaches should also follow suit!

Wash the yellow peaches, peel, core and cut into chunks.

Prepare a clean basin, put some rock sugar at the bottom, cover with yellow peach pulp, sprinkle with the remaining rock sugar, and add a small amount of water.

Put it in a steamer, cover the pot, turn on high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for about 20-25 minutes, until the pulp is soft with a hard texture.

After steaming, take out the pot immediately and let it cool naturally.

After cooling completely, seal and store in cans.

You can eat it after it cools down, but it tastes even better after being refrigerated!
