Friends who have added me on Weibo may know that I recently interned at a restaurant opened by TOPChef in Finland~~ This dessert is one of their dessert menus. It can be made with only three ingredients~~~ The method does not require any skills~~The most important thing is that the taste of homemade marshmallows cannot be compared with those sold in supermarkets~~~The tender and smooth texture melts on the tip of the tongue the moment you put it in your mouth~~Even BuBu and I, who never eat marshmallows, will fall in love with marshmallows!!

Steps

  1. Stir apple juice and sugar evenly and bring to a boil over low heat

  2. Soak the isinglass in cold water for about 5 minutes

  3. When the apple juice starts to boil, turn off the heat, squeeze out the water from the isinglass soaked in cold water and put it into the saucepan

  4. Stir evenly and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes

  5. Blend the refrigerated apple juice in a blender until it forms a texture as shown in the picture

  6. Put it into a middle-sized baking pan, then put it in the refrigerator to freeze for more than 2 hours~~ If you freeze it for one night or longer, let it thaw at room temperature 30 minutes before eating~

  7. Finally, use a football star spoon to scoop out the apple flesh, place it on top of the marshmallows, and sprinkle some powdered sugar as appropriate~~
