Steamed tea eggs
Overview
This egg is cooked through water, which takes a long time, but the eggs are springy and delicious. In fact, when making this egg, add tea leaves, mugwort leaves or nothing at all. Except for a slightly different taste, the result of the eggs is the same, elastic and beautiful.
