I bought edible roses from Yunnan online, and when I received them, they were all blooms! I learned how to make rose jam myself!

Roses purchased online

Soak in pure water and clean

Let the water dry. I first use kitchen towels to absorb the surface water

After drying, break off the petals and remove the flower stem and core

Put rose petals into a water-free and oil-free basin, about 80 grams

Add 80 grams of granulated sugar

Rub the flowers and sugar together with your hands to blend them

Put the bottle in a pot and boil it to dry in advance

Put the kneaded rose sugar into the bottle

Don’t fill the bottle only 70% because it will ferment. Pour 1CM thick honey on top

Cover and store in a cool place
