  1. Roses purchased online

  2. Soak in pure water and clean

  3. Let the water dry. I first use kitchen towels to absorb the surface water

  4. After drying, break off the petals and remove the flower stem and core

  5. Put rose petals into a water-free and oil-free basin, about 80 grams

  6. Add 80 grams of granulated sugar

  7. Rub the flowers and sugar together with your hands to blend them

  10. Put the bottle in a pot and boil it to dry in advance

  11. Put the kneaded rose sugar into the bottle

  12. Don’t fill the bottle only 70% because it will ferment. Pour 1CM thick honey on top
