Soybean sprouts stewed with tofu
Overview
Tofu is a well-known high-calcium food. Just eating 200 grams of northern tofu can meet 1/3 of the daily calcium requirement, which is more than drinking half a pound of milk. Soybean sprouts are a nutritious and delicious vegetable, and tofu stewed with soybean sprouts is very delicious.
